Excoinz has implemented several policy updates to enhance the convenience and security of P2P trading for its members. Please review the following information for reference when using P2P trading.

1. Increased Transaction Limits by Verification Level

Excoinz has adjusted P2P transaction limits based on members' verification levels.

• Level 1 Verification:
  • Verification Methods: Email and phone number verification
  • Lifetime Transaction Limit: 50,000 USD
• Level 2 Verification:
  • Verification Methods: KYC (Identity Verification) - 1 ID photo, 1 selfie holding the ID
  • Lifetime Transaction Limit: 100,000 USD
• Level 3 Verification:
  • Verification Methods: Address verification (Must be an official English document with the member's name on it.)
  • Lifetime Transaction Limit: Unlimited

2. Enhanced Transaction Security

Excoinz has strengthened transaction security in the following ways:

• Enhanced monitoring of members' abnormal transactions: If the system detects abnormal transactions, the member will be notified via email and will go through a verification process.
• Strengthened response to illegal transactions: In case of disputes or issues arising after legitimate P2P transactions, Excoinz will actively support in resolving the issue and strengthen its response to members who caused the problem to protect sellers.
• Application of stricter rules for KYC and address verification: For address verification in particular, officially issued English documents will be prioritized. Approval may be delayed or canceled for documents in non-English languages.

3. Additional Notes

• Excoinz currently accepts all requests in English. Therefore, inquiries in non-English languages may be delayed in processing.
• When submitting a dispute or inquiry email, please include your Excoinz username for a smooth response. If the person in charge cannot identify the inquiring member, it may be difficult to provide an accurate response.
